- Greet and welcome all members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Address inquiries about programs, services, and membership options in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Handle member check-ins and manage guest registration procedures.
- Administrative Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails.
- Process membership sales, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records of member information and update the database as needed.
- Facility Support
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and promotional materials.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for classes and events as needed.
- Monitor and report any facility maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate staff.
- Sales & Promotion
- Promote D1 Training programs, services, and merchandise to members and potential clients.
- Assist with executing promotional campaigns and community outreach activities.
- Provide information on current promotions and special offers.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with coaches, trainers, and management to ensure seamless operation and exceptional member experiences.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about facility updates and best practices.
- Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a fitness or sports facility.
- Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and fitness management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
