    Job Overview:


    The Front Desk Associate at D1 Training serves as the first point of contact for members and visitors. This role requires a friendly, energetic, and organized individual who can handle a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. The Front Desk Associate will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, provide exceptional service, and support the facilitys daily operations.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Customer Service
      • Greet and welcome all members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
      • Address inquiries about programs, services, and membership options in person, over the phone, and via email.
      • Handle member check-ins and manage guest registration procedures.
    • Administrative Duties
      • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails.
      • Process membership sales, renewals, and cancellations.
      • Maintain accurate records of member information and update the database as needed.
    • Facility Support
      • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and promotional materials.
      • Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for classes and events as needed.
      • Monitor and report any facility maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate staff.
    • Sales & Promotion
      • Promote D1 Training programs, services, and merchandise to members and potential clients.
      • Assist with executing promotional campaigns and community outreach activities.
      • Provide information on current promotions and special offers.
    • Team Collaboration
      • Work closely with coaches, trainers, and management to ensure seamless operation and exceptional member experiences.
      • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about facility updates and best practices.

    Qualifications:
    • Education & Experience
      • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or administration is a plus.
      • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a fitness or sports facility.
    • Skills & Abilities
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
      • Proficiency in using office software and fitness management systems.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
