    Position Summary:

    Swiftly is searching for a Director of Account Management to lead our existing Advertising Account Management Team. The role would be a mix of managing the team while also managing accounts of their own. The role & team should focus on customer retention, revenue growth, and relationship growth within their client's portfolios.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Lead the account management team, build relationships with existing clients, and offer support to the Ad Sales Team throughout the sales process
    • Manage key accounts of their own, acting as the point of contact between Ad Sales Team/the company and the client to help solve problems, find revenue growth opportunities, and provide strategic solution
    • Work cross-departmentally with Ad Sales, Ad Ops, Product, Marketing, etc. to ensure the team has the right processes in place and clients are being served correctly and consistently. The Director should be responsible for making sure clients receive quality & cost-effective service
    • Meet with customers regularly (virtually and in-person) to provide updates and address business concerns
    • Present annual priorities and goals planning session with the customer
    • Create and clearly articulate the value of our products and track solutions and performance of the ads the client is utilizing
    • Effectively plan and execute the retention and growth plan for each customer
    • Successfully manage upsells of new features and renewals of current customers
    • Deliver on key KPIs including sales performance, relationship satisfaction, marketing and retention metrics for customers
    • Other related duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications:

    • Proven team player with a track record of working well with sales, operations, and engineering counterparts to ensure campaigns are completed on time
    • Highly organized with a proven ability to partner with customers and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes
    • Ability to counsel customers on campaign effectiveness, go-forward optimization recommendations, and real-time problem resolution strategies
    • Desire to grow professionally within our growing organization
    • Ability to lead the Account Management team by finding solutions internally and creating consistent processes for Account Management duties while doing what's best for Swiftly & our customers
