    • 7/6-7/9 (6a-4p) Call: 7/10 (6a) - 7/13 (6a)
    • 7/13-7/16 (6a-4p) Call: 7/17 (6a) - 7/20 (6a)
    • 8/3-8/6 (6a-4p) Call: 8/7 (6a) - 8/10 (6a)
    • 8/10-8/13 (6a-4p) Call: 8/14 (6a) - 8/17 (6a)
    Ongoing Schedule Expectations
    • Shift Duration:
      • Mon-Thur: 6a-4p
      • Fri-Sun: 24-hour call (6a-6a)
    • Call:
      • 1 night per week (starts after shift)
      • 1 weekend per month
      • Call ends at 6a the following day
      Licensure Requirements
      • Active Washington License - Highly PreferredOR
      • IMLC Accepted (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
      Board Certification & Fellowship
      • Board Certified - Anesthesiology (Required)
      • Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship - Required
      • Board Certified in Echocardiography - Required
      • TEE Certified - Required

      Clinical ScopeCase Volume
      • 2-5 Cardiac Cases per Week
      • Cardiac Cases Guaranteed
      Required Procedures
      • CABG
      • MV

      • Afib Ablation
      Additional Details
      • No cardiac or liver transplants
      • No general cases if no cardiac cases
      • No CRNA supervision required
      • Other anesthesiologist present (not in same case)
