    As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting comprehensive energy solutions and modernizing facilities infrastructure within the local government sector. This position offers the chance to engage with top decision makers, presenting value-driven proposals and leading cross-functional teams to deliver tailored outcomes. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to contribute to sustainable practices and drive significant cost savings for clients, all while expanding your professional horizons within Honeywell's global network.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Establish trust and credibility with executive level decision makers to provide outcome-driven solutions
    - Secure key appointments to discuss facility infrastructure enhancement and modernization
    - Utilize consultative techniques to address customer needs and challenges effectively
    - Lead the development of comprehensive proposals and deliver compelling presentations
    - Stay informed on energy market trends and relevant legislation
    - Differentiate Honeywell's offerings and maintain customer relationships
    - Develop strategic growth initiatives aligned with market demands
    - Manage a disciplined sales process focused on delivering client value and satisfaction
    - Must be willing to travel up to 50% domestically

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of consultative sales experience in a multi-state territory
    • Minimum 3 years of complex sales and business development experience in government, education, or related sectors
    • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
