    Adsync Technologies is seeking an experienced Logistician (LVL I) for a contract with Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division in Philadelphia, PA
    The Logistician will work at the Government site in Philadelphia, PA
    This requirement is supporting NSWCPD Code 107, which is responsible for oversight of policy and compliance in the areas of Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S), Plant Property & Equipment (PP&E)/ Asset Management, and Purchase Requisitions (PR)

    The Logistician will be responsible for oversight of Property Management operations in accordance with Navy policy, including:


    • Post Key Support Documents (KSDs) IAW established ERP Business Rules and OM&S policies to maintain chain of custody (i.e, KSDs being posted, etc.)
    • Assist and provide data entry supporting the Product Data Reporting and Evaluation Program (PDREP)
    • Development and review of the bi-annual inventory report IAW SECNAVINST A
    • Initiate and perform inventories in (W)ar(F)are (C)enter (WFC) spaces
    • Assist with the establishment, monitoring, and control approved PEB listings
    • Monitor, manage and sustain "code bins" for material delivered to assigned tech code
    • Liaison with Naval Sea Logistics Center (NSLC) by direction of the ROs to transfer excess material to fleet sourcing program
    ◦ Sort and categorize like items into separate bins, bags, boxes, etc
    such that each set of unique items are segregated based on the Government's disposition, mark, and group excess items for fleet sourcing (plant stock) or disposal /DRMO


    • Physically counting inventory items and documenting results
    • Perform and resolve causative research on inventory discrepancies
    • Performing transactions in Navy ERP for Physical Inventory reconciliation
    • Create/Edit and process DD form, 1149 Shipping request
    • Construct, analyze, review and communicate various N-ERP reports
    • Guide, develop and coach junior members
    • Collaborate with Code 107 to adhere with audit standards and procedures

    Experience:

    • Minimum of three (3) of prior military, Department of Defense, or business experience related to defense logistics
    • Minimum of three (3) years of SAP/Navy ERP
    • Working knowledge of Plant Property and Equipment/Asset – Material Accountability
    • Working knowledge of computer equipment

    Education:

    • Individual shall have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and shall have experience outlined above
    Clearance

    • Secret Clearance is required
