Cohen Children's Medical Center is a 202 bed tertiary children's hospital. Clinical care is provided in an 18-bed oncology unit with 8 beds specifically designed and designated for stem cell transplantation and cellular therapy, a 13-bed Ambulatory Chemotherapy Transfusion Unit and a dedicated outpatient diagnostic center.

The Division of Hematology Oncology and Stem Cell Transplantation/Cellular Therapy is a large quaternary care program with a strong balance of both hematology and oncology, with an outstanding fellowship program and a large clinical and research faculty engaged in cutting edge clinical and laboratory research.
