through hands-on training professional development while consistently evaluating elevating their performance As our primary advocate for quality assurance you&39;ll ensure our programs not only comply with applicable laws regulations but also reflect best practices internal standards fostering an environment where students thrive achieve lasting success This position works under the support direction of the AreaRegional VP Operations onsite Program Directors to enhance academic social emotional behavioral outcomes of students through use of evidence-based interventions collaboration operations educational staff from each campus within assigned area Responsibilities Include Delivering comprehensive training continuous guidance teachers educational staff designing impactful Functional Behavior Assessments FBAs Behavior Intervention Plans BIPs Monitoring evaluating effectiveness quality academic instruction behavioral support services provided students ensuring exceptional outcomes Supporting Spectrum staff modeling reinforcing enhancing instructional best practices promote student growth aligned Individualized Education Plan IEP goals Implementing evidence-based interventions applying scientifically proven behavioral educational strategies promoting positive outcomes academic social emotional independent functioning Providing crisis management intervention support exhibits aggressive self-injurious behavior developing strategies reduce 1:1 staffing Collaborating closely onsite education teams collect analyze data student behavior monitor progress appropriate intervention responsiveness consistent progress toward goals Conducting regular quality checks campus assigned region at student staff classroom site levels making recommendations improvement based analysis data Supporting development onsite teams assigned area delivery training on behavioral assessment intervention supports data collection crisis management other relevant topics Providing guidance supervision members pursuing BACB certification RBT BCaBA BCBA agreed Program Director VP of Behavior Services Assisting improvement plans campuses enhance student performance effectiveness Engaging multi-disciplinary onsite regional meetings discuss behavioral contribute comprehensive strategies Monitor adherence campuses Department Education regulations therapy special education related field study Licensed currently process obtaining board-certified behavior analyst credential Currently licensed obtaining education specialist special education instruction credential preferred Hold currently ability obtain valid CA state driver license Ability maintain certification company approved crisis management training Well-versed applied behavior
