- .Net 4.5 and above (C# VB ASP MVC) SQL Server PL/SQL 2008
- Working experience in .Net web services SQL Oracle and overall distributed systems architecture including database middle ware server infrastructure etc.
- Familiarity on the below technologies
- C# .NET framework Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Web and backend Web API MVC .NET Core SSIS & SSRS (good to have)
- At least 4 years of experience doing production and non- production applications support
- Able to lead issue triaging communication and incident management
- Strong service management skills
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environments
- Strong knowledge in ITIL processes
- Experience in working in an enterprise environment with multiple interconnected systems
- Able to debug .Net code and troubleshoot issues
- Drive improvements related to reporting health checks
- Incident Management- Analyze and resolve any issue reported by the client or the user in the system coordinating with interfacing application and system administrators if required.
- Own application outages/high severity escalated cases and ensure that they are resolved as per SLAs and quality expectations.
