- Efficiently and accurately take and process customer orders, ensuring adherence to guests' preferences and any dietary requirements.
- Handle cash transactions following proper cash handling procedures and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both front and back of house areas, including clearing tables, sweeping floors, and ensuring the overall appearance of the dining area.
- Garnish food and drinks as necessary, paying attention to presentation and aesthetics.
- Pack orders according to guests' preferences, including adding condiments as requested.
- Label and date products in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, ensuring the smooth operation of the establishment.
- Receive and unload warehouse orders, stocking products in designated storage areas while maintaining organization.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish products as needed in workstations, counters, and tables.
- Address guest complaints within the scope of authority, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Report any unusual events, circumstances, or missing items to supervisor or security.
- Complete other job-related duties as requested
- An enthusiastic individual to join our diverse and unified team, working collaboratively to meticulously manage and execute tasks
- Prior barista and/or fountain worker experience is a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Nevada Food Handler's Safety Card
