Location: Port Washington, NY

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Cover all aspects of accounting, including, but not limited to:

Daily review of corporate credit card expenditures & employee reimbursements (Navan Liquid expense reporting platform)
Review Pos/receivers initiated by Operations and generate invoices / receivers
Maintain assigned balance sheet reconciliations - including fixed assets, prepaid expenses, prepaid inventory, bank reconciliations.
Review intercompany reconciliations and prepare journal entries as needed
Assist Senior Accountant with month-end close process
Ad hoc projects

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required; Accounting major a plus
2-5 years of experience in accounting
Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred) and Quickbooks desktop
Familiarity with automated T&E systems preferred
Advanced Excel skills required, high level of proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication, both written and oral
Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.
Industry knowledge a plus
