    seeking a
    Dev Support Ops Lead. This position's primary responsibility will be to Triage the tickets in the domain assigned.

    Identify the root cause and assign to right owners, provide technical expertise and coordinate for day to day deliverables for the team.

    Ensure to resolve support issues in non prod environments. Document steps / create recipes for commonly occurring issues.


    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
    • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
    • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Location or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
    • Experience in Java/JEE, Spring, WebServices.
    • Well versed on splunk, document important queries, learn monitoring systems used and other tooling with in AOS
    • Ability to fix minor defects or develop small functionalities such as config changes etc
    • Ability to develop debuggers / custom debug pages or new debug utilities that will ease support
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in programming (Java/JEE, Spring, WebServices )

    Preferred Qualifications

    • At least 4 years of experience in Java Technologies, Spring Framework, and WebServices.
    • At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle
    • At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
    • Strong communication and Analytical skills
    • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
    • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
    • At least 1 year of experience in Production support for enterprise applications
    • Experience in Supporting e-Commerce Applications
    • Ability to work in a team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
    • Experience with pager support, release validations, code migrations support
    • Experience in Coordination between offshore and onshore teams
