    Description

    Position: Site Admin

    Location: New Albany, Ohio

    Duration: 1.5-2 year contract

    Travel: very minor, delivering to municipalities, ups, fedex

    OT: possible OT, but would not be a lot

    Interview Process: 1 and done

    Qualifications:

    • HS Diploma
    • 3+ years exp in data entry
    • Experience using SharePoint – how to setup, arrange files & establish layout/viewing options
    • Experience using MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT

    Plusses:

    • Knowledge of Procore or Prolog Project Manager

    Day to Day:

    Insight Global is looking for a Site Admin in the New Albany, Ohio area. The candidate will be responsible for tracking payments and ensuring payments are made on time as well as being a point of contact for any questions. They will be responsible for ordering any office supplies necessary in the workspace.

    Other Responsibilities Include:

    1. City of New Albany Permit and Inspection Invoices and Fire Department Inspection fees.
    2. Ordering of office supplies, water, and setup, new ask for stocking the trailer workspace
    3. Data Entry including scanning, uploading, and filing
    4. Meeting minutes in Procore for all meetings
    5. Various Administrative Tasks
    6. Establish and maintain a professional working rapport with peers, project team members and office personnel.
    7. Receive and distribute projects mail and fax correspondence and send all outgoing mail / UPS
    8. Job Start-Up – send welcome letters, DPO forms, Requisition forms and other related forms to subs as contracts get issued.
    9. Types and formats correspondence (letters, memos, e-mails)
    10. Assist subcontractors/suppliers – on Walbridge policies and procedures.
    11. Assist all project personnel as needed.
    12. Order blueprints as needed
    13. (DPO) Direct Purchase Orders in SharePoint – process Requisitions, Verification of Invoices, Track in Summary DPO Balance, Close-Out
    14. Manage DPO's for the project.
    15. Set-up and organize close out information for projects as needed.
    16. Upload all documents to SharePoint for New Jobs and all other required documents.
    17. AP phone calls for payment status and researching payments.
    18. Assist with maintaining project meeting minutes and distribution as directed by PM's and other project staff.
