We are partnering with aschool in the Fredrick, Maryland areasearching for a contracted, onsite, full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the full School Year. We are looking for a hard-working candidate interested in working with K - 12th grade students.

As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders within our student population. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement effective speech therapy programs that foster students' communication skills and academic success.

Position Information:

08/15/ /19/2025
Full time / 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: K - 12th grade, specifics will be discussed during the interview process
Pay Range: $30 - $48 per hour, depending on previous experience

General Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders among students.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, setting appropriate goals and objectives for each student.
Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders.

Requirements:

Must have an active SLP Maryland License
Must have Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
