Must Haves:

• Java, Springboot, Kafka, Cassandra & NoSQL

Locaton: Bentoville (do need to relo & be hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Software Development:

• Design, code, and test high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Azure, NoSQL, and Cassandra.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of applications through effective coding practices.

Technology Expertise:

• Demonstrate proficiency in Java development, with a strong focus on Spring Boot for building microservices.
• Utilize Kafka for building scalable and fault-tolerant event-driven systems.
• Work with Azure cloud services to deploy and manage applications.
• Implement and optimize NoSQL databases, with a particular emphasis on Cassandra.

System Architecture:

• Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with architects to create efficient and effective solutions.

Code Quality and Testing:

• Enforce best practices for coding standards, code reviews, and unit testing.
• Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.

Documentation:

• Document code, processes, and system architectures to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer with expertise in Spring Boot, Kafka, Azure, NoSQL, and Cassandra.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Experience working with cloud-based solutions, preferably Azure.
• Proficiency in NoSQL databases, with a focus on Cassandra.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Azure, or Cassandra.
