We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to oversee and streamline our project scheduling, crew management, and warehouse operations.

This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient daily operations, from the initial planning stages to the execution and post-project phases.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
Dispatch crews each morning, coordinating logistics and ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are prepared.
Oversee warehouse operations, including supply purchasing, inventory management, and the organization of materials and equipment.
Responsible for cutting turf rolls to specification and maintaining an organized and efficient yard.
Implement and uphold quality standards, ensuring all activities comply with company policies.

Qualifications

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of warehouse management and operations.
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate machinery safely.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
