    Contract to Hire Accounts Receivable SpecialistLocation: Baldwin Park, CA

    Pay Range:
    $25 - $29/hour (based on experience)


    Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pmOur client, a dynamic organization based in Baldwin Park, CA, is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.

    If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong analytical abilities, and excel in communication, we want to hear from youResponsibilities:Perform daily invoicing and billing of accountsMaintain daily check depositsManage AR aging report for outside collection agenciesIdentify and address past due invoicesCommunicate with vendors regarding invoice inquiriesRetrieve payments and post to customer accountsAssist with month-end close for Accounts ReceivableResearch and resolve discrepancies promptlyRequirements:Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred3+ years of strong full-cycle Accounts Receivable experienceFamiliarity with Oracle NetSuite and Sage preferredProficient in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookupsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to start ASAP

    Pay Details:
