Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required - we are more interested in finding someone who is friendly, outgoing, and eager to learn.

One-year restaurant experience prefered.
Good customer service skills.
Pleasant personality.
Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Help plan and coordinate timely seating of guests.
Take reservations in person and over the phone, always using professional language.
Answer telephones, responding to guests' questions in a professional manner.
Knowledge of resort services and amenities.
Maintain a perfectly clean uniform.
Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Clean and re-set tables as needed.
Assist in other Food and Beverage departments as needed.
