K?STA I.T is actively seeking a Salesforce/CRM Tester foran immediate contract engagement with our government client.

Work Location: This position is hybrid.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce/CRM Tester to join our team. In this role, you will focus on testing Salesforce applications and leveraging Azure DevOps for test case design, maintenance, and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Operating within an agile framework and applying agile methodologies.
• Engaging in vendor requirement sessions to comprehend customer needs and translate them into well-defined Test Plans/Test Suites within Azure DevOps.
• Collaborating with customers, vendors, and Development Teams to define and script test scenarios for new projects and future enhancements.
• Interpreting requirements/user stories to formulate comprehensive test cases using Azure DevOps.
• Contributing to project engagement activities to ensure a thorough grasp of client requirements.
• Demonstrating proficiency in crafting and executing positive and negative test cases tailored to Salesforce Application requirements using Azure DevOps.
• Identifying and suggesting improvements to automation frameworks.
• Conducting Salesforce service cloud testing, including web services and APIs (SOAP, Rest, Bulk) utilizing tools like SoapUI, Postman, etc.
• Working closely with developers to validate performance and scalability of testing outcomes.
• Creating and maintaining automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
• Collaborating with test engineers to deploy and troubleshoot automation scripts in a Continuous Integration setting.
• Upholding quality assurance standards and leveraging automation testing tools.
• Ensuring compliance with security guidelines and standards throughout the application lifecycle.
• Designing a training plan for team members to ensure a smooth transition to Maintenance & Operations.
• Thriving in dynamic environments and meeting deadlines with self-motivation.
• Demonstrating effective knowledge transfer and adaptability in varied situations.
• Exhibiting strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce QA/testing.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps Test Suite for a minimum of 4 years.
• Preferred experience with Nice inContact Testing and SQL.
• Familiarity with Selenium/Test Automation tools is a plus.
• Understanding of State of Michigan Processes and guidelines preferred.
• Solid grasp of Salesforce features such as flows, AppExchange packages, Lightning, Apex, backed by significant QA Experience.
• Knowledgeable in testing/QA best practices and proficient in test script creation and utilization.
