- The primary responsibility of this role will include day to day technical support for Mobile Device Management configuration & enrollment for end users.
- The MSS will be required to handle specialized mobile device inventory configuration & deployment projects, including boutique kitting and device configuration onsite at the Vatic Outsourcing office.
- The associate will have client facing duties include providing white glove support, delivering project updates and interfacing with technical contacts to solve challenges.
