    About the Position


    We are seeking a full-time Lead Line Cook to be part of the Food & Beverage department, reporting to the Restaurant Supervisor.

    What You'll Do

    Prepare and cook high-quality food items according to standardized recipes.
    Oversee the work of line cooks to ensure timely and efficient preparations of all dishes.
    Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
    Work closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
    Communicate effectively with front of the house staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
    Monitor member satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
    Maintain proper and adequate set-up of assigned area.
    Properly store and secure product and equipment at end of shift.
    Requirements:

    Skills & Experience

    Minimum of at least six (6) months of experience in a culinary environment within hospitality.
    Must have previous lead line cook experience.
    Experience delivering outstanding customer service while collaborating with other team members ensuring member satisfaction.
    Ability to meet physical requirements:

    standing, walking, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
    Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.

    Education

    Minimum High school diploma/GED or equivalent

    Any combination of education, training, and work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.

    ServeSafe food handler certification preferred.
