Who We Are Elevated Kids is a boutique, BCBA-founded and owned early autism care provider specializing in a natural, play-based approach to ABA that is thoughtful and relationship-driven for toddlers and young children. We were intentionally built to be different; placing intention, quality, and meaningful impact at the center of everything we do.
Our care model is grounded in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI), the gold standard for early autism care. By blending the science of ABA with developmental and relationship-based practices, we support meaningful growth across communication, social engagement, play, and daily life skills with parent coaching as a central pillar of our work.
Families experience a concierge-style level of care that is highly personalized, responsive, and collaborative from the very first phone call. We are guided by compassion, integrity, and a belief that every child and family deserves exceptional support—not a one-size-fits-all model. Our team is made up of thoughtful, driven professionals who value collaboration, clarity, and continuous improvement. We believe high-quality care and a healthy, sustainable work environment go hand in hand.
What We Do Elevated Kids provides individualized, family-centered autism care through a boutique, interdisciplinary model designed to meet children and families where they are. Our services are delivered in the settings where young children naturally learn and thrive—including homes, preschools, community spaces, and our center—because research consistently shows this leads to the most meaningful and lasting outcomes.
Our approach emphasizes developmentally appropriate goals, authentic engagement, and strong caregiver partnership. Parent coaching and caregiver involvement are embedded throughout our model, empowering families with the tools and confidence to support their child beyond sessions.
In addition to home- and community-based services, we offer center-based care, occupational therapy, and diagnostic assessments, allowing families access to coordinated support within one aligned, high-touch system. Every child's care is intentionally designed, thoughtfully monitored, and continuously adapted. Our model represents a modern evolution of ABA—prioritizing developmental science, family partnership, and sustainable, high-quality care that supports long-term clinician fulfillment.
Why You'll Love Working Here At Elevated Kids, you'll work in an environment where expectations are clear, communication is consistent, and your work is recognized and appreciated.
You'll be guided by BCBA-led leadership who understand the realities of direct care and are accessible when you need feedback, problem-solving, or encouragement. Preparation, training, and thoughtful planning are priorities here, so you can focus on doing meaningful work without feeling rushed or alone.
What our staff appreciate most:
Consistent supervision and guidance from experienced leaders in the field
Thoughtful scheduling and realistic expectations
Ongoing training and opportunities to build skills with confidence
A team culture rooted in respect, kindness, and collaboration
Work that feels purposeful, rewarding, and aligned with best practice
If you're looking for a team that invests in you and your growth, you'll feel at home here.
Role Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, proactive and enthusiastic Enrichment Program Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is responsible for supporting classroom preparation, transitions, group activities, general operations, and day-to-day maintenance to ensure a high-quality experience for children and staff.
What Success Looks Like in This Role Success as a program assistant at Elevated Kids is built on consistency, reliability, and genuine connection. By showing up with care and curiosity, you help create predictable, supportive experiences where children and families can thrive, while continuing to grow your skills and confidence over time.
In this role, success looks like:
Preparing materials and supplies for daily group activities
Ensuring classrooms and common areas have necessary supplies (paper towels, sanitizer, tissues, spray, brooms)
Supporting morning transitions — unpack backpacks, organize lunches, ensure children are ready for the day
Leading circle time for various groups according to schedule
Assisting with snack setup and transitions between activities
Leading group movement or music activities
Helping with cleanup and preparation for snacks and lunches
Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout classrooms and shared spaces
Supporting end-of-day tasks such as sweeping, sanitizing tables, organizing toys, and restocking supplies
Assisting in preparing materials and activities for the next day
Completing weekly operational tasks (printing notes, updating needs list, organizing snacks and supplies, and unpacking packages)
We believe reliability and consistency are forms of care. With clear expectations and thoughtful planning, this role is designed to help you feel confident, valued, and successful over time.
Qualifications & What We're Looking For We're looking for a Program Assistant who is dependable, compassionate, and excited to support young children through meaningful, play-based care. Experience is important, but mindset, reliability, and a willingness to learn matter most.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience working with young children (preferred, but not required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The ability to follow schedules and routines independently
A positive, patient, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Comfort with the physical aspects of the role (moving materials, setting up spaces)
Basic communication skills to interact with children and staff
Ability to pass a background check and obtain any required childcare clearances
Nice to have (but not required):
Experience working with toddlers or young children
Experience with operational success
We value people who bring curiosity, care, and commitment to their work. If you're motivated to learn and excited to be part of a supportive team, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed.
A Day in the Life as a Program Assistant
Your day centers on preparation, organization, and supporting smooth transitions so the space is ready for children to learn, play, and connect.
Each morning begins with setting up the environment. You prepare materials and supplies for daily group activities and ensure classrooms and common areas are fully stocked with essentials like paper towels, sanitizer, tissues, spray, and brooms. You support morning arrivals by unpacking backpacks, organizing lunches, and helping children feel ready for the day.
Throughout the day, you will:
Prepare and organize materials for scheduled group activities
Lead circle time for various groups according to the daily schedule
Support snack setup and transitions between activities
Lead group movement or music activities
Maintain cleanliness and organization across classrooms and shared spaces
Assist with cleanup and preparation for lunch
As the day winds down, you help reset the space by sweeping, sanitizing tables, organizing toys, and restocking supplies. You also assist in preparing materials and activities for the following day so the team is set up for success.
In addition to daily responsibilities, you complete weekly operational tasks such as printing notes, updating supply and snack needs lists, organizing materials, and unpacking packages.
Each day is grounded in consistency, attention to detail, and teamwork. You leave knowing your preparation and support helped the day run smoothly from start to finish.
