    Clinical Director for an Inpatient Psychiatric Health Facility near San Francisco, CAFull-time Clinical Director to oversee and coordinate the rehabilitation program.

    As the Clinical Director, you will ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, as well as timely completion of reporting requirements.

    • Current California Licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist.
    • Two years of experience or training in a mental health setting, with at least one year focused on program development for individuals with severe and persistent mental disabilities.

    Job Duties:

    • Directing and coordinating the rehabilitation program, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
    • Overseeing program development and implementation for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
    • Providing leadership and guidance to clinical staff to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
    • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans and promote recoveryoriented care.
    • Monitoring program outcomes and implementing quality improvement initiatives as needed.
