Job DescriptionAs an Electrician Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of electricians and ensuring that all electrical work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to code.
You will be responsible for assigning tasks to the team, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring team members, as well as monitoring their performance and providing feedback.
The Electrician Foreman should have a strong understanding of electrical systems, as well as the ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
Leadership skills are essential, as the Foreman will be responsible for managing a team and coordinating with other trades on construction projects.
Additionally, the Foreman should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve in high-pressure situations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician, as well as prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
