    Description
    Marketing Coordinator
    As the Marketing Coordinator at MiaDonna, you will have a crucial role in executing diverse marketing campaigns and programs to boost brand recognition, engagement, and sales. Your primary tasks will involve partnering with the sales and marketing teams to craft and oversee the annual marketing schedule, along with organizing marketing activities across various channels like digital, retail, social media, email, and events.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Coordination:
      • Manage the yearly marketing content and campaign calendar.
      • Support in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives to enhance awareness and drive sales.
      • Ensure seamless execution and consistency across all channels by coordinating and communicating campaigns to cross-functional teams.
      • Create campaign briefs, set timelines, track deliverables, manage budgets, and oversee multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Content Creation and Management:
      • Aid in creating and managing marketing content such as social media posts, articles, newsletters, and website copy.
      • Publish approved content on the website with Web Coordinator's assistance.
      • Participate in developing visual assets like graphics, images, and videos to enrich marketing materials.
      • Ensure marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging following Sr. Brand Communications Manager's lead.
      • Coordinate new product additions to the website with the Web Coordinator by managing content, visual assets, video, and SEO details.
      • Review and moderate customer feedback across platforms, highlighting opportunities to address negative feedback and leverage positive feedback.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare website-optimized visuals for digital campaigns.
    • Customer Loyalty:
      • Participate in executing digital marketing strategies like paid campaigns, SEO optimization, and email marketing to foster customer loyalty.
      • Develop and implement loyalty programs to boost customer engagement and lifetime value.
    • Event Coordination:
      • Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including store launches, product introductions, influencer gatherings, promotions, and industry events.
      • Assist in logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional activities for successful event organization.
    • Market & Customer Analysis:
      • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competition, utilizing insights to guide marketing decisions.
      • Provide support to sales and marketing teams by furnishing sales data, market trends, forecasts, and new product details.
      • Prepare marketing reports by analyzing sales, content, and advertising performance over all channels.
      • Work with the Marketing team to establish and update customer persona profiles, ensuring initiatives resonate with target audiences.
      • Implement and manage customer-facing surveys to measure satisfaction and loyalty across digital and in-store experiences.

    KPI's:

    • Transactional Net Promoter Score (tNPS):
      • Key Performance Indicator: Consistently achieve an above-average relative net promoter score (TBD)
