We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our community running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for a wide range of administrative, HR, and accounting functions that directly support our residents, families, and team members.

As our Administrative Assistant, you'll:

  • Be the friendly face who manages mail, phone calls, packages, and correspondence.
  • Oversee supply ordering and inventory to keep the community stocked and running efficiently.
  • Manage accounts receivable, billing, accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting tasks.
  • Support hiring and onboarding by coordinating recruitment, background checks, orientations, and benefits enrollment.
  • Assist residents and families with questions, move-in processes, and day-to-day support.
  • Conduct tours and help with initial inquiries when needed—sharing what makes our community so special.
  • Partner with the Executive Director to schedule and prepare staff meetings.
  • Jump in as needed to help with community operations, always keeping teamwork and service top of mind.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required; college or business training preferred.
  • One or more years of office management experience (including AR, billing, AP, payroll, and computer skills).
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
