The Training Coordination Manager is responsible for organization relating to development of unique training courses and programs for tk Materials / OSG. Duties include interaction with Subject Matter Experts, management, and HR to determine training needs. Implementation of training programs and assessment of feedback from previous training programs to determine their success in helping team members learn.

Role Overview:
As a Training Coordination Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing training programs that empower our employees. You will work closely with all company functions to identify training needs, develop engaging content, and ensure the successful delivery of training sessions. You will have responsibility for reporting and acting on learner training history.
Knowledge of metals and/or fabrication processes, terms, and uses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with functional leadership to identify training needs
- Lead the development of comprehensive training programs
- Coordinate the roll out of training programs to learners
- Work as a team to create engaging and effective training materials
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Job Compensation
$105k - $130K + Annual Bonus Incentive
