    \t\t General Purpose and Scope of Position:\r
    \t\r
    \t\tThe Sr. Project Manager has the primary responsibility for managing all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion and is responsible for facilitating and leading cross-divisional strategic project teams. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the successful implementation of strategic projects, understanding strategic alignment, and advising on changes to improve those processes to fulfill their business needs. This position works with all Business Lines, develops project timelines for implementation, and partners with external third parties in coordinating implementations to achieve desired outcomes. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the assigned projects meet the business needs by establishing scope documents, budget estimates, timelines, and business value.\r

    Abilities Include:

    \t\t\tBachelor's degree in business administration or another related field with 5+ years of experience in managing complex and large initiatives\r

    \t\t\tA Project Management Professional (PMP certification) desired\r

    \t\t\tStrong leadership – Ability to quickly establish credibility and utilize strategic thinking to shape the strategic project team and plan within the functional organization and in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.\r

    \t\t\tMicrosoft Office 365 Suite including SharePoint, Teams, Office, Dynamics, and project management tools.\r

    \t\t\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills including meeting facilitation.\r

    \t\t\tSkilled at eliciting process details from business experts\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tSkilled at analyzing and mapping complex business processes.\r

    \t\t\tStrong skills and knowledge of project management methodologies and facilitation techniques\r

    \t\t\tKnowledge of design thinking concepts\r

    Key Deliverables Include:

    \t\t\tDefines, plans, tracks, and manages the projects they are assigned and is responsible for identifying key resources and providing the direction required for meeting the project objectives on time and on budget\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tManages project schedule and task details and utilizes project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project management software and to delegate appropriately\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tEnsure that the infrastructure for the project is established for the team to deliver the output; take accountability to drive progress for all tasks; and proactively manage action items, issues, and deliverables.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tSupport the implementation of projects by coordinating with internal and external resources and working with cross-functional departments\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tFacilitates the development of weekly reports to key stakeholders such as Sponsors and Steering Committee\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tSupport multiple projects and/or process improvement initiatives simultaneously (in various stages of implementation)\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tFacilitate and lead cross-organizational discussions and meetings\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tAttending training sessions and meetings when necessary\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tOther duties as needed\r

    Compensation and Benefits:
    \r

    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tIn compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $89,400 to $125,280. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for commission, vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits. \r
