Job Description

We are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Therapist to work with three to five-year-old children. The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing and treating speech and language disorders in young children, collaborating with parents and teachers, and creating individualized therapy plans. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the communication skills and overall development of preschool-aged children.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in preschoolers
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support each child's progress
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports
• Stay current on best practices in speech therapy for young children

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure in Pennsylvania
• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
