GridIron IT is seeking a Senior Requirements Analyst with an active TS/SCI.

Must be local to Fairfax, VA.

Establishes and translates requirements for information technology (IT) systems across design, test, transition-in, operations and maintenance, and continual improvement processes.

Applies industry best practices, as appropriate, activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis and modern business methods and performance management techniques.

Documents standards for information systems procedures. Develops and applies organization-wide information models including designing and building integrated, shared software and/or hardware systems. Constructs sound logical business improvement opportunities consistent with corporate information management guiding principles

Senior Level:
A Senior labor category has over 10 years of experience and a MS/MS degree. Typically works of high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.

May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Master's Degree can be substituted for 12 years of work experience

PWS Scope:
Support review, validation, and prioritization of Mission Partner Environment (MPE) operational requirements

Support existing and future state planning including:
customer service management
requirements assessment
Requirements management process development, reengineering
Implementation of new processes and support tools associated

General:
Technical Characteristics (Must Haves):

Must be in the National Capital Region and willing to go on-site 2-3 days a week or as needed in Fairfax, VA
TS/SCI Clearance
Fundamental business process design and improvement experience
Flexible and agile practitioner that can pivot on changing priorities/tasks (General core consulting skills)
Good writer and strong presenting skills
MS Office, Teams, Visio, Adobe Pro
SharePoint and Knowledge Management savvy
Adobe (develop PDF forms)

Technical Characteristics (Nice to Haves):

Requirements Management experience within the DoD, IC, or Acquisitions space
DoD IT infrastructure and processes, cybersecurity, requirements, and/or acquisitions familiarity
Familiarity with PPBE, POMs, and Issues Papers
IT Project and Portfolio Management familiarity
Adobe Pro Java Scripting

General Characteristics of Practitioner:
Ability to operate independently and task oriented (ability to lead the client is very helpful)
Professional presence and ability to keep the client team focused on certain initiatives/tasks
Flexible & politically savvy (aware of different organizational dynamics)
Detail oriented
Confident enough to make recommendations
Creative thinker, out-of-the-box ideas are welcome and sought after (primary client specifically)
Self-starting, and willing to quickly find, learn, and implement solutions or reach-back for support when necessary
