Dermatology Veterinary Client Care Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our veterinary dermatology team as a Client Care Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional client care, have strong communication skills, and have proficient computer skills.

As the Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, and supporting the veterinary team.


RequirementsResponsibilities:
Proficiently manage client records, appointments, and billing.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, demonstrating good communication skills and attention to detail in all interactions.
Maintain a professional and courteous phone etiquette when communicating with clients, referring veterinarians, and pharmacies.
Foster positive and professional relationships with all hospital staff members, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Ensure accurate preparation and submission of laboratory samples, following established protocols and maintaining attention to detail.
Assist with the accurate filling of prescriptions, explaining medications to pet owners and addressing any related inquiries.
Manage inventory and medical supply needs, maintaining appropriate levels and ensuring availability for dermatology procedures and treatments.
Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform maintenance tasks to ensure proper daily function and compliance with safety standards.
Effectively manage communication within the clinic, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure efficient workflow.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a veterinary setting, particularly in dermatology or a related field, is desirable.
Proficiency in using a veterinary practice management software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Professional demeanor, with the ability to present oneself in a positive and professional manner.
Good interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and staff members.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively, managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
