    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Office Manager to join our team at a Pain Clinic. As the Clinic Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the daily operations of the clinic to include the provision of quality services to patients, the promotion of teamwork among the staff, maintenance of the building and equipment, compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
    • Maintains smooth, efficient flow of administrative operations, ensuring patients are served efficiently and effectively.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive the best possible care
    • Handles office supply and medical supply maintenance as well as office equipment maintenance.
    • Interprets, implements, and educates employees on all practice policies and procedures, as well as hospital policies and procedures.
    • Maintains medical records that are legible, accurate, accessible, and confidential.
    • Monitors staffing levels in relationship to workload and adjusts as appropriate.
    • Develops staff through training, performance management, and accountability.
    • Ensures problems, complaints, and regulatory violations are investigated and appropriate action is taken to resolve the issue within the requested time frame.
    • Develops and ensures appropriate internal controls including cash management and control.
    • Answers patient inquiries and promptly follows-up on all complaints, taking corrective action as required.

    Required Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Medical Assistant certification in good standing - preferred.
    • At least 2 years lead tech role, or managerial and or leadership experience and 3 years of technical experience preferred.
