Job summary
The ABA Apprentice program is designed for future BCBAs who have completed their degree and are looking to gain supervision hours and experience in the field.At Behavioral Innovations, you will work directly with experienced BCBAs in session, shadow advanced cases, and refine your clinical judgment before taking on your own caseload.
You will also receive a tailored BCBA exam study plan, hands-on learning opportunities, and structured mentorship from the Learning & Development team.
The program is open to those who have completed a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence within 6 months,
- Active RBT certification
- At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
