- Startup and checkout of controls systems based on contract documents.
- Startup and checkout of Variable Frequency Drives.
- As-builts, commissioning and document management.
- Read sequence of operations and startup accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in controls installation preferred.
- Ability to properly build and assign controls points to DDC Controllers is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of building control systems and interfaces.
- Some experience in working with Commissioning Contractors and Construction Contractors is preferred.
- Proficient in operating a computer.
- Willingness to work long or extended hours to complete task.
- Ability to work with others.
- Ability to discuss issues and come up with solutions.
- Ability to prioritize work and organize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature judgment.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn the Siemens Tools required for the job: Commissioning Tool, ABT Site, LaunchPad, etc.
