    Description

    We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)!

    Company: A rapidly growing provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy services in Middlesex County and Union County, NJ.



    Our client is seeking passionate and talented BCBAs to join their team and provide exceptional care to families across their service areas. Candidates from all regions of New Jersey are welcome to apply, as long as they are willing to travel.



    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
    • Supervise and oversee implementation of ABA therapy programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
    • Provide training, coaching, and support to RBTs, families, and caregivers
    • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches accordingly
    • Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and compliant clinical documentation
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic client care
    • Promote and uphold principles of positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA practices


    Qualifications:

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
    • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of New Jersey
    • In-depth knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, techniques, and interventions
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
    • Willingness and ability to travel to service locations in Middlesex County, Union County, and surrounding areas
