The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. Our mission:

We unite for Idahos youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience.

Must Haves:

o Be at least 18 years of age

o Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent

o Have a valid Idaho drivers license, driving record must be acceptable

o Have basic math, reading and writing skills

Our Lead Drivers:

o Supervise all driver and delivery activity

o Perform initial and ongoing driver training

o Ensure all trucks are in compliance with safety and legal requirements

o Have a safety mindset

As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
