    Vetted is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel job in Burlington, Vermont.

    This contract pays approximately $6,022/month gross.

    Job responsibilities:
    Collaborate with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations.
    Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate.
    Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response.
    Provide therapeutic interventions and track patient progress toward measurable goals.
    Work 24 hours per week with 5-hour shifts.
