    Description
    Sewickley Academy is seeking to hire an Assistant Hockey Coach.

    The part-time head coach is responsible for working closely with the Head Coach to develop and implement training programs, strategies, and tactics to help our student-athletes achieve their full potential.


    Responsibilities:

    Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting practices and games Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and performance of our student-athletes Provide guidance and support to student-athletes both on and off the ice Help maintain a positive and respectful team culture Attend all team meetings, practices, and games Assist with equipment management and maintenance Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes Requirements: Previous experience coaching hockey Strong knowledge of the game of hockey and coaching strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with the Head Coach Passion for working with student-athletes and helping them achieve their goals Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Current certification in CPR and First Aid or the willingness to acquire these certifications ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
