    Role Overview

    As a Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that empower our customer service representatives. Your work will align with our organizational goals and industry standards, significantly enhancing the operational excellence and service quality within our Customer Contact Center.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Training Program Development: Design, implement, and continually improve training curricula for onboarding, skill enhancement, and compliance, utilizing innovative e-learning platforms that maximize engagement.
    • Instructional Delivery: Facilitate engaging training sessions through various modalities (in-person, virtual, blended), tailoring content and methods to accommodate a diverse workforce.
    • Performance Measurement: Create and maintain metrics to evaluate training impact, such as completion rates and performance improvements. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for refinement.
    • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Report training outcomes and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert in training methodologies and adult learning.
    • Project Support: Offer expertise to special projects aimed at enhancing training quality and operational efficiency as directed.

    Additional Information

    • This position does not involve personnel management.
    • Minimal physical demands; occasional light lifting may be required.
    • The role will influence decision-making in the Customer Contact Center through effective training and process enhancements.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training design and delivery within a customer service or contact center environment.
    • Proficient in using e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, LMS platforms).
    • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness using both quantitative and qualitative metrics.
    • Certifications in e-learning, adult learning principles, or project management are a plus.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
