Tradeshow Events Manager - B2B Tech Tradeshow & Event Execution Plan and execute Spectra Logic's participation in global B2B tradeshows and industry events Coordinate booth logistics, vendor relationships, contracts, timelines,and on-site support Manage event calendars and ensure key milestones
and deliverables are met Support booth messaging and asset development in partnership with the marketing team Program Coordination & Budget Support Track event expenses and assist with budget management
and forecasting Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate within established guidelines Identify opportunities to improve processes
and increase execution efficiency Sales & Marketing Collaboration Partner with Sales and Marketing to coordinate pre-event planning
and post-event follow-up Support lead capture processes and ensure timely data handoff to Sales Gather feedback from stakeholders to help refine future event participation Internal & Customer Events Organize and plan customer meetings regional events,
