The client has been in operation for 20 years and has established a solid network in the Greater Atlanta area.

They are looking to add to their project management team as a result of continued growth, and are searching for a Senior Project Manager who has experience in ground up retail, restaurant, office and grocery store projects.

Description
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Managing multiple ground up construction projects ranging from $3M-$10M each
Using ProCore to keep track of project performance
Managing all submittals and pay applications
Producing monthly forecasts versus budget reports
Writing contracts for subcontractors
Managing the change order process and RFI processes
Mentoring and managing project teams
Profile

To be considered, you must have the following:
Experience in working on ground up construction projects between $3M-$10M
Experience in project managing ground up retail, restaurant, office and grocery store projects
Skilled in using ProCore
Experience in managing project teams
