- Collaborate with the state manager to conduct analytical analysis within states, ensuring products succeed in each market.
- Analyze results monthly, complete reporting, investigate performance drivers, support deep dive projects, and make recommendations for further analysis or strategic adjustments.
- Influence decisions and priorities based on our competitive stance and external data insights.
- Introduce enhancements to current processes, focusing on automating to enhance efficiency.
- Lead projects not confined to regions, tool creation, and other assignments.
- Handle policy reviews and compliance requests.
- Spot business prospects, devise a product strategy to maximize those prospects, and put the plan into action.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience, including Property & Casualty insurance work.
- Educational Credentials: Bachelor's degree and quantitative analytical skills required; a preference for a graduate degree and/or CPCU designation.
- Structured & Logical Thinking: Ability to identify business issues, develop strategic frameworks, and conduct analyses efficiently.
- Analytical Rigor: Evaluate state performance, pinpoint areas for additional research, and propose enhancements.
- Software Experience: Proficiency in SQL, SAS, R, Python, Tableau, GCP, and/or other programming/data tools, advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

Your main task will involve reviewing and overseeing homeowners' results for specific states, delivering state analytics to drive profitability and growth.
