    We at Coforge are seeking Project Manager with below mentioned skill-set and who can work onsite from Oaks, PA location (Hybrid basis).

    Role: Program Manager

    Location: Oaks, PA

    Mode Of Hire: Full Time

    Key Skills: Program Management, software development, implementation of software applications, implementation of large scale business and technology integration.

    Experience Required: 10+ years

    The Program Manager is responsible for detailed planning, coordination with technology, product, business stakeholders and execution of large-scale projects.

    Role and Responsibility:-


    • Effectively plan and manage multiple projects running in parallel.


    • Work with the various teams in planning and execution of projects.


    • Identify resolutions for project issues and the mitigation of identified risks. Ability to communicate to key stakeholders.


    • Monitor and report out of overall project status and cross-team dependencies. Take corrective actions as needed.


    • Work with stakeholders to manage and execute User Acceptance Testing.


    • Interact with Business & Technical Leads, Data Architects, other leads, team members, Sr. Implementation Managers as required to support the projects.


    • Analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyse technical and business issues and provide resolution options.


    • Ability to leverage background and experience to develop new and/or revise existing solutions and approaches.


    • Ability to work in multi-vendor partner environment.


    • As appropriate, deliver regular management updates or large-scale presentations to key stakeholders.

    Skill Required:


    • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or applicable experience.


    • Extensive experience in design, development, test, and implementation of large scale business and technology integration initiatives supporting domestic and global investment processing services applications and systems.


    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in development and implementation of software applications.
