Store Manager in Training (SMIT) Role
The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) job is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through self-paced training over 16 weeks. Youll participate in virtual and hands-on learning experiences with the support of our team including your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.
