- Review nursing home medication pass process and provide feedback
- Conduct various audits in assigned facilities
- Assist in new business start-up implementations
- Perform mock surveys
- Provide solutions for customer issues and challenges
- Act as a resource for pharmacy performance improvement
- Build relationships with professional organizations and agencies
- Complete other assigned tasks
- Education/Learning Experience: RN; National Certification Pharmacy Technician
- Work Experience: 1-year experience in LTC nursing facility or pharmacy
- Skills/Knowledge: Knowledge of industry-related regulations preferred
- Licenses/Certifications: Active RN Licensure or National Pharmacy Technician Licensure
- Behavior Competencies: Intermediate computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office products
