Job summary
The Public Service Associate is responsible for performing a wide variety of daily customer service-oriented job functions involving specialized knowledge of regulatory requirements operating procedures software programs and general office duties.
Responsible for performing technical duties including cash receipting vital statistic recording posting financial information processing documents providing property tax information assisting customers in accessing public records on terminals drafting correspondence completing forms creating charts composing documents following up on correspondence instructing customers to access property information archived records.
