    Position Description:

    The Client Infrastructure Services Network Engineer is accountable for all aspects of network administration and delivery in an enterprise environment for NTT Data Business Solutions. Ensuring network services are delivered in line with global standards, compliance and available to Service Level Agreements.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Follows established best practices and NDBS standards in support and administration of internal and client facing Network solutions.
    • Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
    • Support the development of delivery model, operational model, skills, and team structure required to transition projects to Operations aligning with global standards and compliances.
    • Ensure that documentation is maintained and kept up to date in line with NDBS standards and policies.
    • Willingness and capability to support after-hours, weekend and some Holiday change and incident management (on call).
    • Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions.
    • Carry out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
    • Always ensure that company Policies, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.
    • Prioritize and manage assigned network-related projects, requests, incidents, and escalations to successful outcomes with minimal direction.
    • Effectively document and communicate networking concepts to peer teams, leadership, and customers.

    Position Requirements/Qualifications:

    • 3+ years' experience administering and supporting Enterprise Network Solutions using Cisco or Fortinet technology.
    • 3+ years' experience provisioning and/or supporting LAN/WAN configurations and concepts.
    • Cisco or Fortinet Certification Preferred.
    • Experience with Cisco Nexus 7000 with VPC, routing (OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP), and VRF preferred.
    • Experience installing and managing VPNs, Routers, Firewalls, and other physical and virtual devices in an Enterprise data center or advanced networking environment.
    • Advanced understanding of DR and path redundancy concepts.
    • Advanced understanding of multi-tenant architecture.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
    • Other Industry certification in applicable Networking, Security, Cloud, and Automation tools is preferred.
    • Strong documentation and communication skills with ability to communicate networking concepts to peer teams, leadership, and customers.

    The annual base compensation for this role will be $72,760 - $119,499 .
