    Description

    **Team Leader / Specialist / Ripley**

    **Location:** Ripley, GB We are looking for an individual that can lead from the front to join our team on the SC Johnson contract based at our site in Denby, Derbyshire. We have a full-time, permanent position working rotating shifts 06:00-14:00 and-14:00-22:00 Mon to Thursday and 06:00-13:00 and 12:00-19:00 Friday.

    **Pay, benefits and more:**

    Were looking to offer a salary of 23,678.04 plus shift allowance per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Youll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

    **What youll do on a typical day:**

    Team management; developing, leading and motivating your people to achieve challenging operational KPIs

    Youll lead the team on health & safety, showing good working practices, as youll be responsible for keeping all our operational processes fully compliant whilst keeping your people safe

    Youll actively manage your available resource, and utilise staff where possible

    Maintain a constant presence within the warehouse delivering shift briefs and preparing handovers

    **What you need to succeed at XPO:**

    IT Literate and experience of WMS systems.

    Experience of working to agreed targets and managing a small team

    Well versed in warehouse management systems

    Good working knowledge of current health & safety and compliance legislation
