    Job Title: IT Integration Manager

    Duration: 12+ Months

    Location: Iselin, NJ (2-3 Days/Week onsite)

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced IT Integration Manager to oversee SAP integration implementation projects or SAP implementations for insurance companies, specifically in property, casualty, or life insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management with a focus on SAP integration and implementation, rather than being a SAP consultant.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage end-to-end SAP integration implementation projects or SAP implementations for insurance companies, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and third-party partners, to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.

    Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to drive project execution and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

    Oversee the identification, evaluation, and selection of appropriate SAP integration solutions or SAP modules to meet business needs and requirements.

    Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential obstacles to project success.

    Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and key milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project status, risks, and issues.

    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

    Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication plans to facilitate successful project adoption and implementation.

    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes, methodologies, and tools, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

    Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

    Minimum of 8 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on SAP integration implementation or SAP implementations for insurance companies.

    Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex IT integration projects or SAP implementations, preferably within the insurance industry.

    Strong understanding of SAP modules, architecture, and integration methodologies, with hands-on experience in project management tools and techniques.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

    PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
