    Job Description
    Rapid River Public Schools has a Full-Time Custodian position open.
    The position is 8 hours per day 260 days per year, it is 2nd shift during the school year, 1st shift during the
    summer. Pay is $15/hr with full benefits.
    Summary:
    Maintain a clean, safe environment for school facilities.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Clean tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing.
    • Empty trash, manage recycling.
    • Perform minor repairs; report larger issues.
    • Collaborate for event setups.
    • Follow safety regulations.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience in custodial roles.
    • Ability to work independently and physically handle tasks.
    Compensation:
    Pay and benefit structure is per the RRESP Master Contract.
    Benefits package includes health insurance, dental, and retirement plans.
