    Description

    Perform semiconductor product/test engineering in furtherance of research, design, development, and manufacturing of the company's in-house microcontroller and related product development. Perform post silicon bench validation and characterization of mixed signal IP, high speed interface protocols and power measurement across multiple static modes (Microcontrollers and Application processors for multitude of customers). Develop test plans based on design specifications and create innovative automation scripts for bench validation. Perform bench to ATE correlation and data analysis to generate reports summarizing test results. Support standardization efforts (hardware/software) and debug efforts/failure analysis working closely with design/PE/TE and system engineering. Collaborate with design, test, applications, marketing and QA engineers to identify and implement corrective actions.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, foreign equivalent or related field.

    Three (3) years of experience in the job offered, internship or related occupations in semiconductor or Electronic industry.

    Required skills:

    Position requires knowledge gained via completion of a university-level course, internship or related occupation involving:

    • Lab equipment (Oscilloscope, Power Supply, DMM);
    • Mixed signal IP;
    • Electronic circuits laboratories/classes/Intro. to Computer Engineering or Digital Logic & Computer Systems/mixed signal IP Design/Microprocessor/microcontroller applications & associated lab;
    • High-Level Programming Language -C, Labview; and
    • Printed circuit boards.
